Healing doesn't end with treatment—it's a lifelong journey of rediscovery, resilience, and renewal. My approach to coaching is grounded in over 20 years of experience as a Physical Therapist and shaped by my own personal journey through chronic health challenges and recovery.

I believe true well-being comes from addressing the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. That's why I integrate tools like:

  • Movement practices like Pilates and yoga to rebuild strength and confidence
  • Nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support energy, hormone balance, and healing
  • Visualization and mindset work to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom
